SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Down To Moto™.

Preorder Items
Items marked as preorder are not currently ready to ship. Payment is collected at the time the order is placed to reserve your item. Preorder orders will be fulfilled as soon as our first production inventory arrives. Customers will receive an update when their order is ready to ship.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $8
Express Shipping: $15
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $65 or more.

Shipping Time
Once an order is ready and has been shipped, estimated carrier transit times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

These shipping estimates begin after the order has been shipped and do not include preorder production or processing time.

Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
